This advanced equipment ensures that we stay ahead of industry standards, providing the highest level of precision and efficiency in refining gold and silver.
At RRGR, we ensure that only the finest quality is maintained right from the melting stage to guarantee homogeneity. To achieve this, all materials received for refining are individually melted in a section equipped with gas/induction furnaces. From each batch, two samples are drawn for customer verification, based on mutual consent. If needed, a referee laboratory process is initiated, where affirmation is sought from laboratories of equivalent standards, such as the Indian Government Mint or NABL-accredited laboratories.
Our facility is government-approved and holds a license from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) to manufacture and stamp gold bars with 995.0/999.0 fineness and coins with 999.0 fineness. We are proud to be one of the few facilities in India manufacturing serially numbered cast bars, which are supplied to the bullion market.
RRGR is fully equipped to manufacture both Gold and Silver Bars in cast and minted forms. We produce gold bars and coins in various denominations, ranging from 1 gram to 1000 grams, catering to different customer needs and preferences.
Additionally, RRGR imports Gold Dore Bars from international mining companies under a license from the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), New Delhi. These dore bars are refined at our facility, where we manufacture serially numbered cast bars and supply them to the bullion market.
Our BIS-hallmarked bars are stamped with serial numbers and the BIS Hallmark on each bar to clearly distinguish them from regular production bars, ensuring authenticity and quality assurance.
